Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse.

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.
