Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

While we work hard to meet these estimates, delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
